Organizations can change the backgrounds of their Yahrzeit Display at anytime by logging into their Administration Account .
In order to view the updated background in the Yahrzeit Display screen one needs to Refresh the data to the screen. This can be done by searching for the name "Reload" on the Yahrzeit Screen.
For more information see Yahrzeit Interactive Features.
There are a number of additional Page Settings that can affect your Interactive Display
Each Memorial can display up to 6 custom photographs. Simply Click the upload box or drag photos into the upload box
Some Congregations like to display a description of what names are being displayed. The optional text only displays when viewing a particular week's Yahrzeit list and always includes a date range at the end.
The Yahrzeit Interactive Display currently supports 2 versions of the Search Icon - A simple Magnifying Glass Icon and a button with the text "Search for a Loved One"
Navigation Arrows display any time a search yields more than 1 page of results. These can be disabled if so desired.
Your Yahrzeit Interactive Display supports a small selection of Font choices. Organiztions can change their fonts whenever they like - or even request an additional font be added.
By Default we display the upcoming weeks Memorials starting on Shabbat. Some congregations prefer to celebrate the previous week's Memorials on Shabbat and have the display change on Sunday.
Some Congregations may wish the Interactive Display to disable touch functions on Shabbat. Administrators can also manually lock the screen from this menu. If a display is manually locked or unlocked from this menu it will needed to be Refreshed at the screen for the changes to take affect. This can be done by searching for the phrase "Reload" in the Search Window
When a Yahrzeit Display or Search returns more than 1 page of results the Display uses the transition settings to determine how long to display each page and how fast to fade the transition.
