PRINT YAHRZEIT LIST
Yahrzeit Interactive makes it easy to print out simple tables of Yahrzeit Names and information on a weekly basis and will print information for all Yahrzeit Names found in the search result of the Admin console. By default the Admin console is showing the names remembered for the current week.
The Yahrzeit Interactive database includes a large array of information and fields - not all of which is helpful to print. By default we print a list that looks like this :
To print this simple list use the print menu and select “Yahrzeits”
You can also print a simple Observer information list by using Print > Observers.
If you would like to change what columns are printed in the Default Yahrzeit List navigate to Settings > PRINT OPTIONS.
Here you will find a list of columns that can be toggled on and off. Next to the column name is a relative size for that column (So columns like names want to naturally be larger than a simple column like Gender). These sizes are all relative to each other with 1 being the smallest column and 20 being 20 times larger.
Hit SAVE CHANGES and now each time you print a Yahrzeit List it will print with those columns. To revert to the Yahrzeit Interactive Default columns go back to Settings > PRINT OPTIONS and choose Restore Defaults.
Optionally you can select a custom column set at Print time by selecting Print > CUSTOM COLUMNS. From here you can select your desired columns and then select “Print with these columns”. The Custom Column print function is a one time use feature - this selection will not be stored to the default list.
